Career Path Appreciation (CPA) is the “flag-ship” of the
bioss
diagnostic methods.
It is the most comprehensive process for coming to a facilitated
view about an individual’s capability and, therefore,
enables a more effective matching of people to work roles
than more traditional methods.
The CPA™ process
is an extensive one-to-one structured interview. The interview process itself consists of :
-
an exploration of the way in which
the individual approaches his or her work
-
an understanding of how they make
judgements and what is important to them in that process
-
people's approach to work in terms
of their problem solving style
-
a review of the individual's career
path
-
an exploration of potential and development.
The process is collaborative with feedback an essential aspect of the process.
