Supporting models and tools Working Relationship Appreciation (WRA) Four Journeys of Leadership Career Path Appreciation MCP Iris LPA IRIS IRIS™ is a semi-structured first interview that takes approximately 30 minutes to administer. IRIS is designed to provide an initial picture of capability and potential for graduates or for those working already in organisations who have at least a year's work experience, where there is a requirement to identify potential for first level line management or specialist roles. IRIS consists of an interview schedule and accompanying scoring system and manual. These have been designed so that, after training, it can be easily used internally by, for example, those HR personnel responsible for recruitment and providing advice about an individual's suitability for a particular role.
