MCPA™ is a capability evaluation process
available on the Internet with feedback being provided by trained
counsellors. Based on the understanding of levels of complexity, MCPA™ produces:
- a view to identify an individual’s willingness to experiment;
- their ability to handle complexity and uncertainty;
- their tendency to think reflectively
All of which underpin effective judgement. MCPA™ is
an excellent way of undertaking the groundwork for a development
programme. The MCPA™ questionnaire takes about 45 minutes
to complete. A trained counsellor provides interpretation, feedback and
a tailored report. It is
an ideal tool to use where people are geographically spread
or where an organisation wishes to embark upon a large programme
of development. It is part of a wider package of tools offered
through the EDAC suite. These include a 360-degree tool and
an integrated set of psychometric questionnaires. EDAC are
one of our strategic partners in offering Internet-based tools.
