Working Relationship Appreciation (WRA) is delivered electronically. This tool identifies specific and practical aspects of leadership work concerned with the way in which work is allocated, targets set, performance reviewed and feedback given. We help leaders examine these aspects of their role, and from this identify areas for individual and team development. Detailed information is provided about the working relationships between the leader, the individual team members and the leader's own manager highlighting:
- the quality of individual working relationships - the way each individual team member feels about the working environment as provided by their leader
- the quality of team relationships and identifying
team characteristics - similarities and differences between
team members and areas for improvement
- comparisons between the leader's intentions and the
perceptions of the team, and also the leader's own manager
- issues around the organisational design
